Shipping
Your purchase will be shipped within 5 business days via US 2-3 Day Priority Mail for a flat fee of $5.00 for shipping/handling. You will be notified via email when your order ships. If we are unable to ship within 5 days, we will notify you by email.

Returns/Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund on the cost of the item purchased or exchange on any items within 15 days of purchase. Please send an email to beth@petersonweb.com to let us know you would like to request a return. There is no refund on shipping/handling charges.
