Drunken Goat Cheese

From the Murcia region of Spain comes Drunken Goat Cheese – Murcia al Vino. The goats in the Murcia region of Spain graze on a variety of wild grasses and herbs which influence the flavor of this cheese. This semi-firm, mild and creamy white cheese is soaked in wine for 2 or 3 days during the curing process resulting in an edible, burgundy colored rind.
