We ate that!

Cheddar
Grafton Village Classic Reserve Two Year Cheddar is pictured here. Grafton Village Cheese Company’s secret ingredient is “pride” and you can just about taste it in this cheddar. It is sharp, smooth and creamy - so good we ate it out of hand, with crackers and with a sliced apple.
Drunken Goat
Drunken Goat Cheese is pictured here. We we unable to tell from the packaging by whom or where exactly it was made. It was mild and slightly spicy - we ate it with a flight of two other Spanish cheeses, almonds and fig paste.
Emmental
Emmi Traditional Emmentaler is pictured here. It is imported by Emmi AG, not sure exactly where it was made though. It was tart and nutty flavored - we had it on a seeded baggett.
Stilton
Colston Bassett Blue Stilton is pictured here. It comes from the Colston Bassett & District Dairy. The bold flavor and creamy texture paired well with the Shiner Bohemian Black Lager we enjoyed!
