Monterey Jack
Monterey Jack is a mild American white cheese from Monterey County, California. It is bland and gooey when melted and often used in spicy Mexican dishes. Monterey Jack often has herbs and flavorings added to enhance its taste or it may be mixed with Colby to make Co-Jack cheese.
